As a user of GlobalSong.ai, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Only upload content for which you own the rights or have proper authorization
• Not use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our AI technology
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to your original music and vocal recordings. GlobalSong.ai does not claim ownership of your content. However, by using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your audio files for the purpose of providing our translation and dubbing services.

5. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Contributions made to support GlobalSong.ai R&D are non-refundable, as clearly stated at the time of purchase. Priority access purchases and custom contributions help fund the continued development of our AI technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

GlobalSong.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
